Cancellation Policy

Prepayment for services required at time of booking. This can be done through our online booking system or by phone at (206) 414-9283. Returning clients booking by text, phone or in person will be sent a pay link and asked to complete payment within 24 hours in order to complete their reservation.  Cancellation/Reschedule: 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, or if the appointment is missed, the full appointment fee will be charged. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please call/text (206) 414-9283. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time or cancelling your appointment. Canceled appointments will be charged the full cost for the services originally booked. Early Arrival: To preserve the integrity of our private/semi private client experience, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Guests: As a semi-private studio, space is limited. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests at this time.
